Eversana Intouch, a prominent biopharma services company in the United States, is taking a significant step by acquiring its long-standing partner, Healthware Group, based in Europe. This strategic move is designed to enhance Eversana’s service offerings and expand its global presence.
Headquartered in Salerno, Italy, Healthware is a full-service agency and consultancy with a rich history of collaboration with Eversana dating back to 2017. The acquisition is expected to have an immediate impact on Eversana’s operations in Europe and its global capabilities. It aims to assist pharmaceutical, medical device, and emerging biotech companies worldwide in product launches, expanding market access, and addressing unique geographical and market-specific challenges.
Healthware’s comprehensive services encompass marketing, advisory, customer engagement, media services, medical communications, and education. Although the financial specifics of the deal remain undisclosed, it is anticipated that the integration of artificial intelligence into marketing strategies, a concept referred to as “pharmatizing,” will be a significant part of this collaboration.
